Earning Money from Home is Hard Work!
If you’re like me, sometimes you need to reassure yourself that you’re on the right track with your website or blog. If it’s your goal to earn money from home, you better keep cranking out that quality content and expanding your backlink network.
Believe it our not, blogs can be very profitable business. Generally it the value and price a blog can commend is directly in relation to the niche, content and quantity of traffic the blog attracts.
One of the most famous blogs for sale at this time is called John Cow. The blog is just your average make money online, earn money from home niche blog. Most people assume it is a witty parody of John Chow’s blog… Anyways, the owner of the John Cow make money online blog is asking between $25,000-$50,000. Not bad for a blog that has only be around for a couple years right?
The funny thing about this listing is that the traffic really doesn’t justify the price. However, the marketing behind the site is fantastic and the content isn’t bad either. This is an example of how good marketing, clear and concise writing and a spoof image can pay off and really help you earn money from home.
There are really two areas of focus when it comes to making money online with blogs.
1.) Internet Traffic
2.) Subscriber Base
Personally, I am of the opinion that it’s much better to take the passive income and focus on internet traffic rather than spruce a site up just to sell and do it again. In a previous article, I made the distinction between Enterprise Blogs and Adsense Blogs. The both contain elements of the other but my main point was that you should focus on a passion and in the end what you will have is an Enterprise Blog.

To make long story short it’s much better to focus on the fundamentals, build your keywords, provide information that is of use to people and success will come with it. There are tons of ways to earn money from home with your blog; most of them revolve around traffic.
