Thanks for this list. I have heard about do follow and no follow but I wonder, how do you tell what kind of blog you are visiting? Do the do follow blogs announce that they are do follow?

There are many different types of do-follow systems. There are ways to detect if you are on a do-follow blog, generally there will be a note at the bottom of the comment box.
