Internet Marketers

The Internet Marketers Make Money Online

It’s very interesting to compare internet marketers to bloggers because the difference is really night and day. What is the difference between an internet marketer and a blogger?

Out of all the differences that come to mind, I would say that intent is the biggest difference. Generally bloggers write about things they like and even if they are trying to make money with their blog they aren’t concerned with internet marketing strategies and marketing methods that will help get them traffic.

An internet marketer would probably try to combine the two and write about something they know will make them money first and foremost but secondary to that intent they would probably pick a topic they had an interest in knowing more about as well.

There are several high paying keywords that you can target for Google Adsense revenue. Some of the most popular topics include FOREX i.e. Foreign Exchange Trading, Credit Card Consolidation, Payday Loans and anything that sells for a nice premium pretty much.

I consider myself an internet marketer and did create this blog with an ultimate monetization purpose but my values also led me to create something that helps people. Who wouldn’t want to learn how to make money online, quit their job and work from home?

At the same time if that is your goal and your hoping to make money from Google Adsense and affiliate programs, you might want to do some serious research about search engine optimization, page rank, anchor text links and the incorporation of target keywords into your article.

If you notice that this article’s main them is Internet Marketers, even though that is the title of the article, if you’ve read a few that I have written you would know that I have a nasty habit of going off topic.

The reason being that from an internet marketing perspective, I can write about whatever I want as long as I continue to round the bases for my targeted keywords. At this point, I bet you can guess which keyword I have targeted now…

Sure I could dedicate this article to brand positioning, business marketing and ecommerce but those subjects seem a little to dry for the time being. There is a distinct difference between writing for your readers and writing for the search engines… Personally I try to kill two birds with one stone but if anyone feels let down from time to time its probably my readers because I don’t think that Google has feelings!

Internet marketers and bloggers and distinctly different but in my opinion if you want to call yourself an internet marketer, you may want to take some time and do some research regarding what it takes to be successful in the field.

If you’ve spent time to read every article on this blog, I don’t know if I would thank you or tell you to get away because I don’t hold anything back. You know what I know for the most part regarding internet marketing and I wouldn’t be surprised if you were better that it then I am… Just because you know how to make a few bucks with Adsense and convert a few visitors into affiliate sales doesn’t necessarily make you an expert.

And if you can teach me something that I don’t already know about internet marketing or the quickest way to make money online and work on the beach for the rest of my life.

Don’t be shy; I am definitely open to advice!

Everyone knows that there are a million people online trying to make money blogging. The problem with blogging and writing about blogging all the time is that most of your visitors will be bloggers and most bloggers are not going to click on an Adsense advertisement just because they are curious.

They are a smart, tech-savvy crowd with an understanding about what Google Adsense is and did I mention that it is a competitive field and if you’re still reading this, I’ll be straight forward in saying that I am very competitive myself so there are really only two ways to go, we can either work together or battle it out for rankings…

The thing about the blogging world and the internet in general is that if you want to get to the top of Google’s index nowadays, you need to have linking partners and not just a few but rather a few hundred, and if possible a few thousand… Where can you find the time to build all those links?

That is a great question and the answer in my humble opinion is in viral marketing and creating link bait, widgets and plugins that people will want to incorporate into their website that will automatically provide an anchor text link back to your website.

You ask me, how you might go about getting one of those? Hey, I know where you’re coming from because I don’t know how to make those things either… You might want to check out sites like Elance and Rent-A-Coder…

Have you noticed how far off the subject of internet marketers I’ve come? Ok, given the content is still related and you have to give me credit for creativity and usefulness… Also, if you take a minute to count the keywords I’ve used in this article you would be astonished how I’ve managed to make all these words into such a comprehensible college of search engine optimization glory.

The fact of the matter is that most bloggers that talk about making money online don’t really know how to make money online themselves…. Believe me, slapping up a bunch of adsense ads, amazon widgets and clickbank affiliate products isn’t going to cut it… The money is in the traffic and the traffic is in knowing about internet marketers and actually becoming one yourself!
So if most of the bloggers in the make money online field aren’t really making money online, who is making money online?

Well, there are a select few make money online bloggers that are actually getting paid a good living blogging about the niche, those people include Darren Rowse, Carl Ocab, John Chow, Money Maker Info, Grizzly and Vic from Blogger Unleashed…

These guys are making some good money blogging about the niche but they also are most likely diversifying their blogs and websites and are currently working several different niches that can include everything from Adsense Revenues to Affiliate Sales to Consulting Services etc…

Keep in mind that as this article gets longer and longer, the chances of me earning more money from it increase… Why? Because this article is actually about something, it’s about internet marketers and if you’ve been following along I hope you’ve learned something…

Google loves long articles and content that is of relevance. Once I start ranking for search terms in regard to this article I will beef up my backlink building effort to rank higher with the search terms. If it doesn’t rank for the term internet marketers, I’ve done something terribly wrong… Guess what the backlinks will say… You guessed it, they will all have anchor text that says internet marketers… If you want to help me with this project I would be greatly appreciated!

The term “internet marketers” receives 4400 searches per month and there are hundreds of thousands of pages that are indexed for the term… If you want to compare that term to the how to make money online term it’s a complete cakewalk. If you didn’t already know, the make money online niche has over 3 million competitors…

It will take at least a year or more to make it to the top and the people on the top are going to try their best to make sure you never get there… Think about it, they have already invested time, energy and money building backlinks with the anchor text “How to Make Money Online.” They have a head start but they are definitely not undefeatable…

Another reason I write articles that are long is because I want to engage my readers and forge a relationship with them that will award me the ability to turn them into subscribers and thoroughly explain a point so that there is nothing left to do but follow my call to action. A call to action could be anything from recommending that someone read a certain article or buy a product or service, or even try to simply answer a though provoking question. So for those that have made it through this one, here is my call to action:
