Some of you may be wondering why your site is still not getting the natural search engine traffic it deserves even after months and months of quality content creation and display, keyword targeting and practically everything you can think of when it comes to SEO.
It’s only natural to be a bit frustrated but the phenomenon is very easy to explain… If you’ve read enough of my articles by now you may notice that I touch on the same topics over and over again. The topics that I explore the most are ones that I feel I need better grasp on myself.

The thing I may not have explained clearly is the type of backlinks that we should be targeting. Generally any link should help assuming its coming from a site with a higher page rank than your own and it’s not about something that Google deems inappropriate.
The fact of the matter, not all links are equal. I have several blogs online in a handful of different niches… The blogs that are making the most money I don’t like to talk about. Generally the blogs that make me the most money are based on subjects that I have a sincere passion for. Just recently I decided to target the MMO i.e. Make Money Online niche.
The reason I decided to target this niche is due to the state of our economy. I’ve always been an economics buff and the key to economics is being able to unite two related parts and essentially introduce or become the catalyst for change.
My logic behind the MMO niche is that it will continue to be a rapidly growing industry as long as the world economic situation continues to deteriorate. More people are trying to figure out how to generate passive income.

This article has been littered with keywords that I am currently targeting. Notice that I have created a keyword optimized backlink for the term Make Money Online. This will most likely improve the page rank of another blog I have been currently working on.
Keyword optimized backlinks are the second most important factor next to quality content in SEO and getting to the top of the SERPs.
