Sqip Review

Are you looking for an honest Sqip review? Are you wondering if Squip is a scam? I’ll be honest, I’m still a skeptic. The buzz is going around town and everyone is talking about it… This article is dedicated to exploring the available information and simply presenting the facts, it’s up to you to decide if Sqip is something you want to participate in.

So what exactly is Sqip?

It is going to be a social networking portal similar to facebook or myspace but it is also an investment opportunity because it is set up more like a co-op. Just for joining they will give you 100 free shares which they refer to as “PEP’s” which is an acronym for personal equity points.

Basically when you join their website you become a shareholder and they are stating that the shares are worth .25 Euros each. They also claim that eventually they will be willing to buy your shares back at the market rate.

They also state that they will be paying a dividend on your shares.

This is what they have to say on their website:

“Stakeholders have already seen a huge increase in their share value and your 100 free shares can be worth up to 1000 Euros when we buy them back from you.

You can also earn great commissions & matching bonus shares on sales 5 levels deep & get paid weekly with instant cash transfers….and you never need to sell anything or convince people. The portal will do that for you.”

Even though their portal is not up and running, several people have flocked to their site to collect their free shares and many people have paid for referrals and extra shares in order to obtain dividends.

This is a start-up opportunity and I will be honest in saying that many of these types of companies have tried and failed. Their portal is not up and running yet but they claim that it should be fully operational soon.

Here is a screenshot of their website :

Apparently if you decide to purchase referrals which are basically people that go to the website on their own accord and sign up, you are able to obtain 10% commissions on any purchases those members make. Because they are going to have a dating element and a system similar to Skype, I would imagine that this has the potential to be a significant source of income assuming that the company really gets off the ground.

They claim to make cash commission payments on the Friday of each week and they provide a commission calculator to estimate your total commission.

Even without commissions there seems to be potential because the shares they give you initially and the shares you obtain from referrals result in dividend payments that are calculated by dividing net profits by the total amount of existing shares.

Their goal is to provide each shareholder with a dividend payment of somewhere around 5 Euros for each share that you hold in a period of 12 months. This seems a bit lofty to say the least but what about companies like Microsoft, Ebay and Amazon? Very few people had the vision to get in on the ground floor and believe…

They claim that you can sell your shares at any time meaning you should be able to get your 25 Euro’s for signing up immediately however I haven’t played around with this yet so I am somewhat uncertain.

The bottom line is this opportunity seems very similar to another opportunity I wrote a review about called Me2Everyone and I will make the same recommendation.

Sign up for Sqip, get your free shares and then do some more research before you decide to make a gamble on a share purchase! Personally, I spent a few Euros with them because I don’t want to miss out but I tend to buy lottery tickets from time to time as well so lets just say it’s a gamble!

Very fair review of Sqip. Keep up the great work of getting the word out. I think it can be bigger than Facebook, but we will have to watch and see. Launch should be very soon!

What is the deal with the screenshots on their site? Are those actual screenshots? Because the email one is just a screen capture of Outlook 2007 with the title changed … i’m a little skeptical. Was thinking it could be a ramp up to a big April fools joke … but smells more like a scam.

Very good review of a site with much potential.
With more buzz around Europe it will take a while for North America to realise that there is a big world out there.
