I won’t go into too much detail regarding search engine optimization but I will let it be known that it is the key to ranking well in Google’s search engine and understanding things that you can do on your website and offsite will be extremely important if you want to make it to the top.
In addition, keyword research is the key to success if you want to rank quickly and have little interest in competing with other websites for keyword terms. This article is a bit of a test to see how quickly I can bump heads with one of the SEO/Internet Marketing experts named “Grizzly” for the search term in my title that he is currently top dog on Google with. Frankly in the MMO niche I’m never surprised to stumble upon a new keyword only to find that he has beaten me too the punch line. In fact I find it reassuring that I am on the right track because you generally don’t rank for most terms unless you put some effort and work into doing so.
After you create a blog or website and get traffic flowing the next step is to incorporate a PPC program like Google Adsense or affiliate products that are related to your niche in order to start generating a decent residual income. It is smart to wait to monetize your website until you have a few hundred daily visitors checking out your content because there really isn’t much of a point to do otherwise.
